The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page 2, subsection (e), subdivision (1), by striking “Abdul-Hadi” and inserting in lieu thereof “Abdul-Hadl”; and

On page 3, subsection (e), subdivision (35), following “Craig W. Neal” by inserting “& Dorothy L. Neal”; and

On page 4, by striking subsection (g) in its entirety; and

On page 1, by striking the section heading in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“§1. Finding and declaring certain claims against the Department of Education; Department of Health and Human Resources; Department of Health Facilities; Division of Corrections; Division of Highways; and Division of Motor Vehicles, to be moral obligations of the state and directing payment thereof.”
